MY NAME IS RON TOTMAN.
Half Measure has been my tag for creative expression since 2020. I started out as a touring and recording musician that found design as an essential new outlet for my artistic ideas.
I was born in Southern California, and lived my younger years near the beaches until moving to a small town in the Salt Lake valley that taught me the importance of community over competition. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Music Business from the University of Utah in 2017, teaching percussion at multiple high schools and colleges around the Salt Lake Valley, including the University of Utah. My band "The Parallel" signed a record deal shortly afterwards, and released a full length record that lead to me working in the industry ever since in various forms of teaching, talent booking and design. Since then, I have been working with artists from around the globe, cultivating a cohesive and bespoke aesthetic brand image and marketing strategy to push artists forward with their brands and creations.
I strive to apply my DIY ethos and work ethic to all projects, everyday.
I'm very passionate about art, thrift shopping, metal music, fragrance, being outdoors, fashion, aviation, finance and world history.
